0.5ohm.

The 0.8ohm Kanthal coils are rated at between 20 – 35W and are for VW mode only, and the 0.5ohm SS316L coils are rated at between 20 – 35W 

and can be used in either VW or TC mode. Both sets of coils deliver consistent levels of flavour and vape production.
